This is a space where I share my experience with you, learning to connect and play with one of our greatest teachers: NATURE.
Using our five senses, we can connect with the five elements of nature: water, earth, fire, air and ether (space, love, soul), which will help us understand who we really are, to be more loving to ourselves and others, and to live a happier life on earth.
Making connection with the elements will not only teach us about the beauty of the sun, the generosity of the ocean, or the magnificence of mount Kailās jewel of the Himalaya. Seeing, smelling, touching, tasting, and feeling the elements also means learning about the heat of our passion, the fire of our anger, the depth of our sadness, the fluidity of our moods, or the vastness of our love, characteristics of the five elements in our emotion.
Through Yoga and Meditation, Music, and Writing, I learned to connect and find balance between the five elements of my nature and of the universe. Finding balance between the material and the spiritual world. To live a happy, laughter filled day. Every day!
