Our neck, shoulders and upper back endure a heavy amount of stress every day. Our modern lifestyle sees excessive computer and phone use, one too many caturangga’s, weight training, grief and heartbreak impact our body with pain and tension overload. So why not learn how to combine two powerful fascial (connective tissues) manipulation techniques: Myofascial Release (MFR) and Yin Yoga, in this comprehensive workshop so you can apply practical self-care techniques to maintain your health, improve flexibility and eliminate pain from neck, shoulders and the upper back region. Designed for Yoga practitioners, this workshop is also ideal for non-practitioners and general health enthusiasts as well.

• Ball Therapy Techniques (roll and release) for Neck, Shoulders and Upper Back
• Yin Yoga Theory
• Skeletal variation in Yoga

• Sequencing MFR and Yin Yoga
• Functional and Energetic Anatomy of Neck, Shoulders and Upper Back
• Two hours of practice
Native Balinese, Eka, has been teaching Yoga locally and internationally for over 9 years. He is also an experienced Craniosacral therapist. He has a Masters Degree in Media from Ohio University and the prestigious Fulbright scholarship in his pocket. His passion for fascial studies, Yin Yoga, and anatomy led him to study with Paul Griley’s (the founder of Yin Yoga) senior assistants: Jo Phee and Joe Barnett, as well as world-renowned fascial expert Robert Schleip. In his free time Eka enjoys singing with his band, baking and pondering about branching out to stand up comedy.
